Alumni

We encourage you to stay in contact with SLIS-Indy. Your continued participation helps our programs and students. The following are ways which you can get involved:

• Sign up for the SLIS-Indy listserv or SLIS Alumni listserv
• Send us your news: slis-indy@listserv.iupui.edu or slisnews@indiana.edu or
• Post a Job Opening to SLIS-Indy listserv
• Provide internship and/or mentoring opportunities for students
• Be a guest speaker for courses in your area of expertise
• Nominate an alumni for the SLIS Distinguished Alumni Award
• Contact members of the SLIS Alumni Board with ideas
• Join the IU Alumni Association - there are new benefits, such as an email forwarding option; plus, your dues help to pay for the SLIS alumni newsletter.
• IUAlumniCareers.Com - Volunteer to be a Mentor.
• Keep your address and job information updated with the IU Alumni Association - it helps us provide career examples to our students.
