L305 Management - Small Public Libraries (3 cr.)
Principles and issues in the management of small public libraries. Covers basics of organizational structure, planning, budget management, human resources issues and skills, leadership and interaction with library board members. Designed to meet requirements for Levels V and IV public library director for communities under 10,000 population.
